• Contributes to the financial closing process of the Company by ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the general ledger.
• Engages in the month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheets.
• Prepares and enters journal entries along with the necessary supporting documentation.
• Evaluates balance sheet accounts and formulates the corresponding reconciliations.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Collects, processes, and analyzes data from diverse sources.
• Maintains relevant accounting schedules.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues throughout the organization.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable internal controls.
• Fundamental understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the capability to apply these principles to specific scenarios.
• Competence in working collaboratively with fellow team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• High integrity, particularly in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to adapt job performance based on managerial feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited institution is required.
• No prior experience necessary; however, 0-2 years of public accounting or industry experience is preferred.
