SRE/DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the upkeep and advancement of environments and services.

• Engage in monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Provide support for incident response, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis (RCA).

• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and operational automation.

• Facilitate the operation of Kubernetes workloads and cloud services.

• Work alongside technical teams to enhance reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to environments, processes, and changes.

• Uphold security best practices across infrastructures, access controls, pipelines, and applications.

• Take part in root cause analyses (RCA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and regular use of terminal/CLI.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking and internet principles such as IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, HTTP, and the OSI model.

• Practical experience with security-by-design methodologies.

• Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with ArgoCD, Helm, Helmfile, and raw YAML manifests.

• Capability to conduct advanced troubleshooting of services and networks.

• Knowledge of protocols including DNS, HTTPS, TLS, and SSH.

• Practical experience with Docker, Dockerfile, and Docker Compose.

• Understanding of core Kubernetes objects.

• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.

• Experience utilizing observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

• Background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.

• Ability to automate tasks using scripts and programming languages.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate issues.
