• Practical experience in corporate planning or strategic-related departments (approximately 5 years)

• Experience in KPI design, progress management, and decision support

• Work experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative information

• Proficiency in conducting business in both English and Japanese
