This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead outbound customer engagement initiatives targeting potential enterprise accounts through LinkedIn, email, events, and executive outreach.
• Foster and uphold relationships with customer stakeholders while assisting in the coordination of strategic meetings and follow-ups.
• Utilize Avathon’s established channel partnerships and Go-to-Market strategy to enhance pipeline development.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO's office on priority accounts, customer communications, executive briefings, and business development efforts.
• Acquire knowledge of and effectively communicate Avathon’s AI platform, customer value proposition, and applicable industry use cases.
• Ensure precise documentation of customer interactions and pipeline activities within Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal systems.
• Work collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to facilitate account growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a strong focus on detail and responsiveness.
• 5–15 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as account management, business development, sales, consulting, recruiting, customer success, or partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with confidence in engaging senior executives and customers.
• Highly organized, receptive to coaching, proactive, and capable of following direction in a dynamic, executive-driven setting.
• Energetic and sociable personality with a strong sense of professionalism and ownership.
• Enthusiasm for AI, enterprise technology, and industrial transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
