This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Act as the main liaison for a global data center client, nurturing relationships at the executive level.
• Comprehend the client’s technology roadmaps, digital transformation strategies, cloud initiatives, and infrastructure needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain a level of technical understanding that allows for in-depth discussions about power, cooling, compliance, and sustainability in data centers.
• Create and implement account strategies that align with corporate growth goals and revenue objectives while addressing the specific needs of the client.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed environment to ensure local and cultural relevance while advancing global performance and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams across technical and support functions to guarantee seamless execution and enhance client satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle.
• Successfully influence stakeholders without direct authority to mobilize resources and achieve collaborative results.
• Develop high-performing teams that exceed client expectations, including adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and uptime commitments.
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate client requirements and utilize JLL’s subject matter experts to proactively support them.
• Experienced leader with over 10 years in facilities management or engineering within the real estate sector; experience in data centers or critical environments is preferred.
• Background in, or management of, a portfolio that includes critical environments.
• Significant experience in hiring, training, and retaining large teams in a client-focused environment; experience in outsourced operations is preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining successful relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and time zones within a global business context.
• Proactively managed budgets exceeding multiple millions of dollars.
