This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the development, communication, and execution of Strategic Business Plans for designated accounts.
• Proactively enhance corporate relationships with essential oncology stakeholders.
• Spearhead and implement market access strategies for your designated accounts.
• Facilitate connections to link relevant MVO colleagues with key stakeholders for clinical exchange opportunities.
• Establish and maintain robust corporate relationships with key account stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to execute corporate strategies with targeted accounts.
• Work in conjunction with field sales management to enhance access and eliminate entry obstacles.
• Ensure the efficient execution of contracts and agreements with assigned accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• More than 7 years in corporate account management at a multi-state level, specifically focusing on VA oncology accounts.
• Proven success in Federal contracting and account management across various states.
• Required experience in oncology therapeutics; preference for oral and IV oncology.
• Required experience in launching products in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Demonstrated capability to think strategically and manage accounts effectively through objective evaluation of various opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and present a clear overview of field market access issues, challenges, and successes.
• A strong track record of success in account management.
• Proficient negotiating skills that lead to favorable outcomes.
