This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
• Design and implement strategic sales initiatives and account plans for designated global key accounts.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with senior leaders in client organizations, including Procurement, R&D, vendor management, and strategic outsourcing.
• Propel revenue growth, enhance market presence, expand share-of-wallet, identify new business opportunities, and develop the portfolio within biotech Phase II–III key accounts.
• Evaluate client satisfaction and suggest enhancements.
• Formulate strategies for targeted global accounts.
• Manage RFP/proposal processes, provide RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and propose profitable solutions for clients.
• Oversee RFI strategy from initiation to completion, including client meetings, stakeholder alignment, presentation materials, and ensuring response quality.
• Convert RFI strategies into compelling RFP responses to succeed in preferred-provider negotiations.
• Collaborate with Business and Project Management teams to advocate business direction and implement changes to secure and retain key accounts.
• Work together with internal business partners and subject matter experts to enhance client experience, explore new market segments, and create new services and line extensions.
• Compile and present regular updates on business development efforts and outcomes to the VP of GMP, Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, sales, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Equivalent education, training, and/or directly relevant experience may be taken into account.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Strong preference for experience in clinical business development and key account management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales sectors.
• Proven experience in global sales with a diverse range of accounts.
• Understanding of drug development processes through commercialization and typical customer requirements.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment, regulatory bodies, and compliance obligations.
• Demonstrated success in a similar role with quantifiable results.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, commercial acumen, sales leadership, presentations, sales processes, and closing deals.
• Business acumen and critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present at an executive level.
• Demonstrated global awareness and cultural sensitivity.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25–50% of the time.
