SQL Server Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance T-SQL queries

• Evaluate execution plans and apply performance enhancements

• Develop and uphold indexing and tuning methodologies

• Diagnose and resolve challenges in production settings

• Work with SQL Server versions 2016–2022, including features like Query Store and Intelligent Query Processing

• Manage high-throughput transactional systems

• Execute partitioning, archiving, and data purging strategies

• Utilize monitoring tools such as SSMS and Query Store

• Partner with development teams to ensure seamless application-to-database integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Proficient in T-SQL, performance tuning, and problem-solving

• Familiarity with high-volume environments

• Understanding of performance analysis and database optimization techniques

• Preferred: Experience with SQL Server 2022

• Background in complex, distributed enterprise environments
