SQL PL Developer – Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new functionalities and modify existing ones while adhering to 75% of the time budget outlined in the budget table.

• Align client needs and priorities with the budget table and the company's strategic goals.

• Evaluate functional specifications, seek clarification on the scope, and suggest implementation strategies that enhance client value while minimizing system impact.

• Establish technical requirements and direct developers on governance best practices.

• Confirm the development-hour budget with a senior business analyst or team leader.

• Delegate development tasks and offer technical advice.

• Conduct code reviews for the team's output.

• Provide application support by fixing errors, preparing database adjustment scripts, and assessing operational effects.

• Assist leadership in planning projects and support efforts.

• Help ensure adherence to project timelines and client service deadlines.

• Develop unit tests using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.

• Execute code refactoring as needed.

• Generate development documentation and related evidence.

• Submit developments for user acceptance testing, assist in the process, and guide the inclusion of additional tests.

• Engage in the implementation of systems or modules at client locations, which includes data migration, version upgrades, and configurations.

• Provide technical support and/or train new developers in using development tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in technology or a similar field.

• Solid understanding of programming logic.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with C# is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in Visual Studio.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is beneficial.
