This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create engaging and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to illustrate business performance.

• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and verify data from various sources.

• Design and maintain both operational and analytical SSRS reports.

• Collaborate with business teams to comprehend reporting requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Develop precise, scalable, and high-performance data models.

• Analyze trends, recognize data patterns, and deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy and address reporting issues in conjunction with source systems and data teams.

• Streamline and enhance reporting processes through automation.

• Document the logic behind reporting, calculations, and technical solutions.

• Engage in design discussions, code reviews, and share knowledge within the team.

• 3–5 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence or reporting solutions.

• Practical experience in creating Power BI reports and dashboards.

• In-depth knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and dimensional data modeling.

• Advanced SQL capabilities, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.

• Experience in developing and maintaining SSRS reports.

• Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing principles.

• Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with healthcare or insurance data is a plus.

• Exposure to Azure data services or Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and experience with SSIS or Azure Data Factory is beneficial.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control systems is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies is desirable.

• Awareness of data governance and security best practices is preferred.
