Sportsbook Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Sportsbook experience, from strategy formulation to execution.

• Foster margin enhancement through effective risk management and performance optimization.

• Provide a product that players cherish and can rely on.

• Oversee sportsbook performance metrics, including GGR, margins, and player engagement.

• Enhance sportsbook offerings, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with sportsbook providers and external partners.

• Examine player behavior and betting trends.

• Enhance user experience in partnership with the Product team.

• Assist with market launches by implementing sportsbook strategies.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sportsbook within the iGaming industry.

• Strong grasp of sportsbook KPIs and margin principles.

• Experience collaborating with sportsbook providers.

• Comprehensive understanding of player value, LTV, and CAC.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data interpretation.

• Excellent communication abilities in English.
