Sports Events Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for families considering USPA.

• Proactively seek new leads through outreach initiatives, events, community involvement, and strategic collaborations.

• Create and manage a strategic outreach calendar that aligns with enrollment objectives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with homeschool organizations, educational consultants, youth programs, and parent networks.

• Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Analyze educational and enrollment trends to discover new sources of high-quality prospective students.

• Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts and continually refine strategies to enhance lead volume and quality.

• Represent USPA at both virtual and in-person fairs, events, and partner initiatives.

• Provide engaging presentations and gather information from prospective families.

• Promptly follow up with leads generated from events and facilitate next-step engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in education, communications, business, or a related field).

• Relevant experience in a sporting context, particularly in skiing, snowboarding, or cycling.

• Background in admissions, enrollment, family advising, sales, recruiting, or roles focused on relationship management.

• Experience in high-performance, elite, or competitive student environments is strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work during non-traditional hours.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in goal-oriented, fast-paced environments.
