• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our brand positively.
• Assist customers with all facets of their digital sports platforms through chat, SMS, email/web-form, social media, voice, and self-service options.
• Craft exceptional experiences for every fan who reaches out by showing patience and addressing their concerns and issues.
• Guide fans in achieving their objectives, such as streaming a game or setting up a fantasy account.
• Utilize all available technological resources and tools effectively to address fan inquiries.
• Build and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the client's products and services.
• MUST be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Capability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in navigating and interacting with websites and digital platforms.
• Possess a strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for sports.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
