Sponsorship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, develop, and implement sponsorship initiatives from inception to completion.

• Act as the main sponsor manager for a designated program or event.

• Design and create tailored sponsorship packages on behalf of clients.

• Ensure that all sponsorship requirements are met, including overseeing logistics and deliverables.

• Supervise sponsor invoicing, payments, and financial management.

• Manage sponsor programs on-site, including traveling to event venues.

• Perform final billing assessments with clients as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Familiarity with the tradeshow industry.

• Understanding of sponsor management and fulfillment, or a strong background in customer service.

• Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software.
