• Take ownership of comprehensive sponsorship reporting and performance analysis for global events.
• Produce executive-level reports, including sales updates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Generate data-driven insights and performance benchmarks utilizing tools like Power BI.
• Detect trends and offer actionable recommendations to enhance sponsor results and revenue prospects.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations in collaboration with operations and client finance teams.
• Maintain high standards of data governance, quality, compliance, and accuracy in reporting.
• Manage daily CRM operations, including maintenance and optimization.
• Collaborate with client development and sponsorship teams to improve CRM functionality and user experience.
• Establish and uphold CRM standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Work alongside client measurement teams to guarantee that sponsor performance reporting is precise and aligned with deliverables.
• Identify and spearhead automation opportunities across reporting, dashboards, inventory management, and operational workflows.
• Serve as the central coordination point for sponsorship data and reporting among stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice and reporting assistance to internal teams and client workstreams.
• Facilitate scalable delivery models by implementing process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in a data, reporting, CRM, or sponsorship operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall ICT skills.
• Experience handling large data sets and utilizing reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or similar CRM/database systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into meaningful insights.
• Experience managing projects and liaising with external vendors.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to oversee multiple simultaneous projects in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and with distributed teams.
