Sponsor Success Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage Paradigm Health’s contracted clinical trials from the initial phase to final execution.

• Ensure timely project completion within budget and adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a primary liaison for study sponsors, clinical research organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Responsible for developing standardized project management templates and processes.

• Accountable for monitoring project progress and KPIs while identifying potential or emerging obstacles.

• Work with key resources within Paradigm Health and client organizations to facilitate progress.

• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan, initiate, lead, and manage clinical trials in collaboration with service delivery teams.

• Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Establish precise milestones, timelines, and budget management for the projects.

• Supervise site selection, initiation, and patient recruitment deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with the Compliance Team to ensure all clinical trials meet regulatory agency requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact between sponsors and internal teams.

• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to drive new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role with a proven track record of managing relationships with high-level enterprise clients.

• Preferred experience in clinical research organizations (CRO)/Pharmaceuticals and relevant therapeutic areas.

• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory standards.

• Exceptional skills in project and program management.

• Proven ability to successfully lead complex, multi-faceted projects to completion simultaneously.

• Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools and techniques to effectively assign, monitor, and address key tasks.

• Proactive problem solver and initiator of work—not solely focused on taking notes and completing checklists.

• Capable of clear and concise communication across technology, business, and clinical teams at both peer and senior levels.

• Comfortable with data and reporting systems used for tracking project progress, such as Databricks, Looker, and Tableau.

• Strong understanding of digital health technologies used in both the pharmaceutical and provider sectors.

• Must maintain strict confidentiality.

• Previous experience in clinical trial research (e.g., within biopharmaceutical or healthcare organizations) is a significant advantage.
