Sponsor Dedicated Site Startup Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Lead, support, and empower site activation teams across various countries.

• Manage initial, substantial, non-substantial, and additional submissions, along with member state coordination.

• Ensure the timely gathering of submission documents from SSU Specialists in different countries.

• Organize and oversee Teams meetings for SSU Specialists.

• Maintain regular communication with the CRO Lead for countries involved with CRO.

• Monitor progress, assess updates, and keep oversight of Informed Consent Forms for all EU-CTR countries.

• Conduct QC checks for all site documents on SharePoint and within CTIS.

• Assist in establishing new SSU processes and SOPs; contribute ideas and develop training materials and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent international qualification.

• Over 4 years of experience in clinical submission processes, optimization, and site activation management in a sponsor or CRO setting.

• Demonstrated experience in creating country-level Informed Consent Forms.

• Strong expertise with data models, forecasting tools, and database structures.

• Experience in regional site start-up is highly preferred.

• Ability to clearly explain complex data and support data-driven decision-making.

• Expert knowledge of the elements that contribute to successful study start-up and site selection strategies.
