This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver thorough diagnostic assessments to formulate suitable patient plans of care (POC)
• Conduct engaging and effective treatment sessions
• Mentor and assist SLPAs in implementing effective treatment strategies
• Foster safe and positive learning environments tailored to the maturity and interests of patients
• Represent reliability consistently
• Adhere to punctual scheduling
• Exhibit a solid comprehension of the patient's care plan to ensure treatment aligns with patient goals and objectives
• Gather and document precise data
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Build professional relationships with patients and their families
• Supervise SLPAs
• Maintain open communication with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Have a background in providing co-treatment sessions alongside other disciplines
• Show the ability to manage a steady evaluation, supervision, and/or therapy caseload
• Possess experience in delivering telehealth services
• Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or its equivalent in the State of California
• Have over 3 years of pediatric speech therapy experience
• Access to a reliable computer for telehealth service provision
• Strong internet connection that can support video conferencing
• Demonstrate proficient computer skills
