This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assess patients and create tailored care plans to address speech and language challenges.
• Provide speech therapy utilizing specialized methods and equipment, and suggest communication devices as necessary.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive, patient-focused treatment approach.
• Inform patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and objectives.
• Engage in case conferences and care coordination discussions.
• Keep precise and timely clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Remain updated on current practices and theories in speech-language pathology.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed for patient services.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in SLP.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured, dependable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
