This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with architects and designers to elevate brand awareness and drive specifications.

• Discover and develop new opportunities by engaging A&D firms and showcasing Acoufelt’s solutions through a consultative, problem-solving lens.

• Present engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions (CEUs) to design firms, establishing Acoufelt as the preferred choice.

• Monitor and record all activities and opportunities in CRM, ensuring precise project details and progress updates.

• Work alongside inside sales and the special projects team to guarantee a smooth transition once opportunities advance to pricing and bidding.

• Remain updated on industry trends, significant projects, and competitor actions to strategically position Acoufelt in the marketplace.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with designers and project stakeholders to ensure Acoufelt remains prominent throughout the specification process.

• Over 4 years of proven success in architectural product sales or specification sales within the A&D community.

• A relationship-oriented professional who is passionate about collaborating with architects and designers.

• Experience in consultative, solution-oriented selling, especially within the commercial interiors sector.

• Excellent presentation skills with the capability to deliver CEUs and educational sessions effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office for tracking opportunities and maintaining visibility of the sales pipeline.

• Self-driven, proactive, and exceptionally organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and relationships concurrently.
