Credit Risk Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the development and implementation of the Credit Risk Review (CRR) Continuous Review initiative.

• Thorough assessment of credit risk management practices within designated Commercial or Consumer units.

• Engaging in regular discussions with senior business executives, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.

• Evaluating and analyzing credit risk related to complex Commercial or Consumer borrowers.

• Developing risk-oriented business strategies for the areas under your responsibility.

• Executing all necessary continuous review tasks for designated portfolios.

• Delivering updates on CRR activities and outcomes during regular meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in lending and/or credit-related fields.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.

• Proficient project management and presentation abilities.

• Advanced skills in interpreting and analyzing data from various applications and database tools, drawing high-level conclusions, and determining necessary actions (for Consumer roles).

• Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and other relevant PC applications. Experience with Access, Business Objects, and SAS is preferred (for Consumer roles).
