This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide continuous support and oversight to CLASS Specialists.
• Observe and assess CLASS Specialists to guarantee the high-quality delivery of Teachstone services.
• Create and execute a cross-training strategy.
• Oversee the internal and external selection, training, and development of a skilled, diverse, and mission-driven team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Impact, Revenue, Product, and Content teams to ensure the optimal utilization of CLASS Specialists and contractors in services and programs.
• Offer vision, leadership, and guidance to CLASS Specialists to ensure adherence to Teachstone standards.
• Efficiently manage work procedures, processes, and logistics that best support Teachstone's standards and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize data and training evaluations to foster continuous improvement of Teachstone services.
• Maintain and expand a comprehensive understanding of Teachstone’s array of products and services.
• Achieve and sustain reliability for all CLASS age levels assigned.
• Assist in the onboarding processes and procedures for CLASS Specialists and contractors.
• Coordinate and oversee service delivery for multi-layer contract implementation for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with CLASS Specialists to develop and support non-standard training and coaching services.
• Plan and work with revenue team members to enhance the utilization of multi-layered client contracts.
• Collaborate closely with other Professional Services Managers and departmental managers as necessary to support service delivery.
• Deliver Teachstone training programs and services as required.
• Embrace and exemplify Teachstone’s Mission and Values both internally and externally with clients.
• Perform other responsibilities as necessary to support Teachstone as the organization evolves.
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field—or equivalent experience along with 3-5 years in a service delivery leadership position.
• Proven ability to use the CLASS measure to observe and code classrooms and to lead CLASS training programs.
• Previous experience in delivering, leading, and assessing training, data quality, and/or professional development initiatives.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and public relations abilities.
• Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications, and video and multimedia presentation tools.
• Experience and comfort in a high-growth organization, with the development of policies and procedures that ensure success in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month or as required.
