Specialty Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments to identify bio-psycho-social needs, create tailored treatment plans, track client progress, and deliver pertinent education.

• Offer individual outpatient psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Proactively solicit feedback from parents and/or patients concerning program effectiveness and therapy objectives.

• Ensure timely and compliant clinical documentation is completed.

• Adhere to company policies, professional conduct standards, and all relevant laws and regulations.

• Make referrals to other health professionals and community resources as necessary.

• Participate in internal and/or external continuing education opportunities to remain informed about best practices.

• Engage in credentialing activities, including CAQH.

• Possess exceptional clinical skills and boundary-setting abilities, along with proficiency in therapeutic processes and treatment methods.

• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team effectively and productively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensed or License Eligible as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP, or LMFT in the state of Minnesota, in good standing with the Licensing Board.

• Experience with one or more of the following populations: Children/Adolescents, Trauma, Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), Adults, Elderly, etc.
