• Accountable for the planning and execution of sales, offering technical and clinical expertise, as well as coordinating educational support to facilitate the safe adoption and expansion of Medtronic Micra VR & AV products.
• Develops, implements, collaborates, and strategizes with sales leaders and field representatives to reach MICRA sales objectives and carry out business plans.
• Ensures effective opportunity management through documentation in MPower (Salesforce).
• Offers clinical expertise to MICRA implanting centers, promoting the advancement of the site activation process and completion of requirements.
• Works closely with TFEs to support site performance and ensure safe growth.
• Aids in educational and training initiatives with physicians, hospital support staff, and Medtronic personnel.
• Maintains a robust level of communication with relevant CRM sales and leadership within the designated region.
• Represents the organization at industry conferences, maximizing potential by targeting specific customers to generate sales leads.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of sales and/or technical experience with cardiac devices in a hospital setting, particularly in selling or supporting cardiac electrophysiology or cardiovascular implantable products.
• Experience in supporting cardiac pacemakers, transcatheter/leadless technology, electrophysiology, wires, catheters, and delivery systems.
• Profound understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Ability to articulate product market advantages to physicians and hospital administrators.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts.
• Background in teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong influencing and consulting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Capability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Robust project management skills with experience in coordinating programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
