• Actively seek out opportunities to influence behavior and broaden product usage by understanding customer workflows and addressing their challenges.
• Understand and navigate payer and access dynamics, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access and eliminate obstacles.
• Show initiative and resilience in dynamic or unclear situations, striving for practical, solution-oriented results.
• Ensure accurate documentation in CRM and conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and required training.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of consistent performance; experience in pharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• Experience in supporting new initiatives, product launches, or growth-focused environments is advantageous.
