This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities while fostering relationships within the designated territory.
• Enhance existing business operations while ensuring satisfaction among the current client base.
• Leverage customer insights to formulate targeted sales strategies and customize responses to meet specific client needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by management.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to CRM and sales forecasts.
• Engage in productive negotiations with clients to successfully close sales.
• Collaborate and strategize with internal stakeholders.
• Guide sales specialists and service personnel to secure new deals.
• Oversee the installation of new products after delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Possess the ability to connect with key decision-makers and spend over 60% of the time on-site with clients to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting to various audiences and interactions at all levels.
• Consistent ability to deliver impactful presentations that engage audiences and drive results.
• High degree of self-motivation, resilience, dedication, integrity, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proven experience in executing effective strategic plans and successfully completing tasks.
• Track record of effectively managing competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and projects, managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and understanding local market dynamics and competitive trends.
• Capacity to swiftly adapt to evolving priorities and the changing needs of the business.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory (may include weekends).
• High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience in capital sales within a sophisticated decision-making environment is a plus.
