This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement brand strategy and tactics in the field
• Oversee designated territory and targeted accounts
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance sales performance
• Achieve sales targets and exceed established objectives
• Develop a pre-call strategy and conduct post-call evaluations
• Address objections and secure calls to action to finalize sales
• Create and execute a call plan to optimize access and sales opportunities
• Provide market intelligence insights and ensure alignment with the sales manager
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition while maintaining connections with disease state experts
• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent
• Proven history of success in sales along with strong presentation abilities
• Exhibits comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
• Strong business acumen alongside proficient use of business tools
• Actively identifies customer styles/behaviors and adapts selling strategies accordingly
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria
• Willingness to travel sufficiently to cover the territory
