This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field to enhance sales performance.
• Oversee the assigned territory and manage targeted accounts effectively.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to maximize sales outcomes.
• Develop pre-call strategies utilizing SMART objectives.
• Address objections and misunderstandings to successfully finalize sales calls.
• Create and implement call plans to improve coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market intelligence insights with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
• A bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant and equivalent industry experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably three (3) or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or science sectors.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated success in sales with strong presentation abilities.
• Solid business acumen and proficient in utilizing business tools.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
