This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, drive sales performance, effectively manage the designated territory and targeted accounts, and foster strong customer relationships while addressing customer needs to enhance both short-term and long-term sales results.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, marketing objectives, etc., to meet or surpass these targets.
• Develop a pre-call plan utilizing SMART objectives and conduct a post-call evaluation to facilitate ongoing improvements in sales performance.
• Skillfully manage objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, consistently securing logical and reasonable calls to action to successfully close each sales call.
• Actively and consistently strive to address customer needs, expectations, and challenges to cultivate trusted relationships and attain mutually beneficial agreements.
• Create and implement a call strategy that meets established call metrics while optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, clinical knowledge, and sales expertise, sharing this market intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Relevant and equivalent industry experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree must include at least five (5) years of experience, with three (3) or more years within the pharmaceutical, health, or science industry preferred, and a high school diploma/GED is required.
• A proven record of success in sales along with strong presentation skills.
• Proactively recognizes customer styles and behaviors, adapting all aspects of the selling approach accordingly.
• Offers creative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities and tackle challenges.
• Provides impactful ideas for the broader organization and anticipates and responds effectively to changes.
• Influences others and is regarded as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers.
• Fosters collaborative partnerships with district colleagues and the matrix team.
• Leads by example, consistently demonstrating positive behaviors and peer coaching through dynamic and challenging environments.
• Documented success in leadership and support roles with increased responsibility at the district, region, and/or organizational levels.
