Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for program-specific Specialty Pharmacies (SPs), Specialty Distributors (SDs), and the manufacturer’s Sales Force.

• Tasked with examining, analyzing, identifying, and resolving issues and escalations effectively.

• Ensure prompt and precise reconciliation of dispensing and shipping information from SP and/or SD.

• Foster and cultivate robust relationships between SP and HUB.

• Assist in all initiatives that enhance patient access.

• Host teleconferences with each SP.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the SPP as required to manage each patient case.

• Recognize complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate level for further support.

• Review exceptions and the restatement of SPP records.

• Offer assistance for inquiries related to the sales portal.

• Act as a point of escalation for prior authorization denials and appeals.

• Organize delivery dates for products, pumps, and supplies from the relevant SPP to align with the patient’s initial day of titration or according to HCP/patient requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6-8 years of applicable work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center setting.

• Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare sector is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
