Regional Pharmacy Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide support to retail pharmacy locations within the Harrisburg, PA market area.

• Oversee the onboarding and training of newly recruited pharmacists on pharmacy systems and procedures.

• Work in collaboration with the Pharmacy Operations team and leadership to enhance operational efficiency.

• Create educational materials and deliver training on new processes and technologies.

• Assess training outcomes and offer coaching and follow-up assistance to pharmacy associates.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, as well as state and federal regulations, and pharmacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.

• Minimum of three (3) years of pharmacy experience or equivalent training.

• Valid National Technician Certification is mandatory.

• A driver's license is required for travel purposes.

• Capability to read and interpret safety regulations, policies, and procedural manuals.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
