Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• The Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Informatics is responsible for providing both operational and strategic leadership for Pharmacy Informatics services throughout Cleveland Clinic's locations in the U.S. and London.

• This position manages medication order workflows, clinical decision support systems, smart pump integration, and enterprise-wide medication-use technology.

• Key responsibilities include directing system optimization, troubleshooting, providing end-user support, and leading strategic informatics initiatives.

• The role involves driving governance, change management, issue resolution, and technological innovation related to medication management across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

• Completion of a health-system Pharmacy Administration or Leadership (HSPAL) PGY2 Residency OR four years of relevant pharmacy experience, which includes one year of leadership experience.

• A Pharmacy Degree accompanied by current state licensure.

• MS, MBS, PharmD and/or completion of a residency program.
