Pharmacy Technician – Refill Calls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from patients and pharmacies.

• Contact patients to arrange and finalize medication refills.

• Assist in processing prescriptions and addressing claim discrepancies.

• Verify the status of prescriptions and update patient records accordingly.

• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to clarify orders.

• Deliver friendly and supportive assistance to patients and partners.

• Utilize systems to monitor tasks and maintain up-to-date information.

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician (1–3 years preferred).

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• State registration as a Pharmacy Technician (mandatory where applicable).

• National certification (CPhT/PTCB) is essential.

• Familiarity with prescription processing or claims adjudication is preferred.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

• Comfortable engaging with patients and care teams on a daily basis.

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems.
