This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with specialty distributors, wholesalers, GPOs, and logistics partners.
• Supervise the onboarding, preparation, and execution of distributors for new product launches and implementations.
• Propel distributor performance, onboarding, and operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess and analyze distributor and wholesaler performance, focusing on shipments, inventory levels, and service quality.
• Create and uphold distributor scorecards and KPIs to evaluate network effectiveness.
• Address operational challenges and manage escalations as necessary.
• Oversee the daily relationship between Cycle and its 3PL provider, collaborating with the Supply Chain team.
• Manage outbound distribution from the 3PL to specialty pharmacies, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Evaluate 3PL performance, including order accuracy, fill rates, shipping timelines, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to facilitate product launches and ongoing distribution requirements.
• Handle the complete lifecycle of specialty distributor contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulations.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies while reviewing contract terms.
• Maintain contract documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); track milestones and work with Finance on billing accuracy and invoice audits.
• Monitor and confirm chargeback activity among distributors and wholesalers to ensure pricing accuracy and contract compliance.
• Work with Finance and Commercial Operations to investigate and resolve chargeback discrepancies.
• Analyze chargeback trends to identify risks, leakage, or opportunities for process enhancements.
• Assist in reconciliation processes and ensure prompt resolution of disputes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to onboard products and improve distribution processes with specialty distributors and third-party logistics partners.
• Lead efficiency and improvement projects, ensuring alignment among Market Access, PMO, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in distribution, logistics, procurement, or contract management.
• Proven experience managing relationships and partnerships with specialty distributors.
• Strong skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of specialty distribution operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution flows, including shipment and inventory management.
• Familiarity with chargeback processes and financial reconciliation.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
