This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with courts, county administrators, providers, law enforcement, and other system partners to implement coordinated judicial processes that affect enrolled members.
• Act as the primary contact for designated courts and system partners, serving as a liaison among system partners, members, and the company.
• Oversee the performance of justice system service providers.
• Establish baseline data; collect, analyze, and report outcomes and progress towards program goals.
• Ensure that justice system provider services are delivered in accordance with contractual expectations.
• Coordinate services among system partners, including crisis providers and intake agencies.
• Identify service gaps for members involved in the justice system and develop and manage initiatives to address these gaps.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement rapid-cycle improvement processes.
• Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-system collaborative meetings.
• Address external justice system partner issues promptly.
• Request corrective action plans from providers that are not compliant.
• Troubleshoot issues related to service delivery and coordination.
• Educate justice system partners about referral policies, website resources, and problem-solving strategies.
• Implement and monitor project plans to achieve goals and adhere to timelines.
• Develop innovative solutions, including pilot programs within the justice system.
• Promote specialized Evidence-Based Practices.
• Advocate for Peer and Family Support Services, wrap-around and community-based services, and “Road to Recovery” services.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health managed care environment.
• At least 3 years of experience focused on programs and services related to the Justice System.
• A demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
• Knowledge of community reentry program services.
• Some local travel throughout Arizona is required.
