Specialized Talent Sourcer, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of specific job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with the organization’s objectives.

• Crafting and posting engaging job advertisements on specialized job boards to increase interest from targeted candidates.

• Reviewing and processing applications across all platforms promptly.

• Employing diverse sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications for niche roles.

• Implementing a mix of traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing, to develop and nurture talent communities for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent and engaged pipeline of specialized talent.

• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels to build rapport and foster interest in job opportunities.

• Conducting and presenting comprehensive and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, which aids in planning effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Pre-screening candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before introducing them to the hiring team.

• Sharing market and candidate insights with business hiring groups, while advising them on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Actively promoting the employer brand to prospective candidates, emphasizing the company’s strengths within the industry and opportunities for career advancement.

• Maintaining accurate and current records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other available tools.

• Keeping abreast of industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to continually enhance the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies.

• Promoting diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups, contributing to a more inclusive workforce.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and proposing innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training and Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting is mandatory.

• A thorough understanding of and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is essential.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators, is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection regulations.

• Capacity to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and addressing niche recruitment needs.

• Creativity in tackling sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
