This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of essential lending operations processes, encompassing loan administration and servicing activities.

• Carry out payments, transactions, service requests, administrative tasks, and fulfill stakeholder inquiries within established service level agreements.

• Compile and present data in both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.

• Assist in the execution and maintenance of change management initiatives.

• Organize work-related information to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Handle service requests, transactions, and inquiries in accordance with applicable service level agreements.

• Distribute, collect, file, and manage documentation and information efficiently.

• Provide problem-solving assistance and manage escalations effectively.

• Process, review, and verify loan-related information and documentation.

• Check and reconcile information and documentation; identify and rectify discrepancies.

• Escalate issues as per established guidelines.

• Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and enhancements to existing ones.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks.

• Assist in the development of tools and the provision of training.

• Analyze issues and determine appropriate next steps.

• Implement BMO’s Risk Management Framework, risk culture, approved risk appetite, policies, laws, and regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 2–3 years of relevant experience is expected.

• A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient knowledge and experience utilizing relevant systems and technology.

• Familiarity with the business unit’s products, services, processes, and controls is beneficial.

• Understanding of business risk and regulatory requirements is essential.

• Strong prioritization abilities.

• Competent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Specialized knowledge in the relevant field.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bilingual fluency in French and English is required to support clients and team members within and outside Quebec.
