Specialist Solutions Architect – OT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate and cultivate OT demand from target accounts, customer advisory boards, industry events, and proactive outreach.

• Take ownership of solution architecture across Zero Trust Branch, deception, Privileged Remote Access, and Zscaler Cellular.

• Align designs with ISA/IEC 62443 and the Purdue Model, incorporating ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX where applicable.

• Lead consultative customer interactions from the initial meeting through architecture workshops.

• Collaborate with account teams, SEs, security stakeholders, and network stakeholders.

• Document engagements, create Product Engagement entries, and generate structured workshop feedback reports.

• Shape Proof of Value design and planning in collaboration with SE and specialist teams.

• Develop cost-consolidation maps that cover tool consolidation, time savings, and cost reductions.

• Leverage AI and automation for content creation, research, engagement preparation, and process automation.

• Build thought leadership in OT through blogs, industry events, and advisory-board content.

• Conduct field enablement sessions and produce reusable enablement materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a proven record of integrating new technologies into daily workflows.

• Expertise in security architecture and the safeguarding of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS).

• Strong understanding of the Purdue-level model for OT environments.

• Proven track record in leading consultative customer engagements and multi-stakeholder workshops.

• Capability to translate discovery into target-state architecture.

• Knowledge of macro and micro segmentation and network-level controls.

• Familiarity with NAC solutions, including ISE and ClearPass.

• Understanding of SD-WAN, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.

• Ability to convert architecture into business outcomes for security and network leadership.

• Experience with asset discovery, profiling, or visibility tools such as Armis, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, or Fortinet.

• Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), particularly for contractor access.

• Preferred: experience in generating a technical pipeline through outbound engagement, advisory boards, industry events, or technical content.

• Preferred: demonstrated use of AI and automation tools for technical or go-to-market initiatives.

• Preferred: experience supporting customers across multiple regions and global time zones.
