• Design agreements that align the value of Samsara’s AI Products with customer use cases to ensure maximum value and return on investment.
• Collaborate to develop a new product pipeline with ADRs/AEs across high-potential “AI-ready” accounts.
• Implement a high-touch pilot strategy and establish success metrics for early adoption.
• Work in partnership with GTM and Product teams to provide insights and help refine the product roadmap.
• Create frameworks, assets, and insights that can be scaled across the sales organization.
• A minimum of 5 years in complex, full-cycle Enterprise sales.
• At least 2 years of direct experience selling within AI-driven commercial models (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Twilio, or AI-native platforms).
• Proven Track Record: Consistently exceeding quotas in complex accounts with transactions exceeding $500k in ARR.
• Deal Complexity: Demonstrated ability to navigate 6- and 7-figure deals involving multiple stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and C-Suite).
• Entrepreneurial Agility: Experience in selling "Version 1.0" products where the strategy is still being developed.
