HQ AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the AI maturity of each department within HQ.

• Create proof-of-concept tools and automate workflows utilizing AI APIs and low-code platforms.

• Collaborate with colleagues to address real-world challenges in real time.

• Transform manual processes into workflows powered by AI.

• Develop playbooks, templates, and training materials.

• Monitor adoption rates and provide ROI reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–7 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting, a startup setting, or both.

• Have a genuine interest in AI.

• Demonstrate practical experience with AI APIs (Completions, Responses, Embeddings).

• Exhibit consulting instincts, including stakeholder management and structured thinking.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
