This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of Outreach’s AI Revenue Agents in real-world customer settings, ensuring rapid and measurable results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend business workflows and pinpoint areas where AI agents can be integrated for maximum impact.
• Tailor and Adjust AI Functionality Customize agent capabilities to fit customer-specific scenarios through prompts, data integrations, routing logic, and system configurations.
• Create Scalable Solutions Develop and document repeatable implementation frameworks, success metrics, and materials to facilitate widespread deployments across the customer base.
• Serve as a Product & Field Liaison Provide organized feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights, and assist in communicating roadmap priorities to clients.
• Train & Empower Customer Teams Facilitate customer readiness and manage change through training, documentation, and functional support.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles (such as Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, or FDE roles).
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge of SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRM systems (including Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of sales processes (e.g., prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, deal review).
• Capability to convert complex business processes into clear and actionable deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative implementation frameworks (such as pilots, MVPs, and rollouts).
• A blend of technical implementation skills and functional GTM strategy expertise.
• Comfortable engaging directly with revenue teams (Sales, SDRs, Ops, Enablement).
• Curious, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about the practical applications of AI.

• Experience with AI copilots, agents, or LLM-powered applications.
• Knowledge of the Outreach platform and its ecosystem.
• Background in Revenue Operations or GTM consulting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages or tools (such as Python, SQL, Postman) for light configuration or troubleshooting.
