Specialist Manager, Art Direction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage marketing materials and design assets for both print and digital channels.

• Establish and guide the creative vision for design initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and brand identity.

• Mentor, lead, and supervise graphic designers.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on visual communication strategies.

• Manage resource allocation, project budgets, and workflow processes.

• Assess and integrate new design technologies, tools, mediums, and methodologies.

• Utilize advanced Generative AI tools and platforms for intricate design projects.

• Represent the design department in strategic planning discussions.

• Contribute to decision-making at the leadership level.

• Establish quality benchmarks and present innovative solutions to senior leaders and account teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc. in Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in graphic design.

• A minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role.

• Proven track record in managing creative teams and executing large-scale design projects successfully.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of emerging digital design platforms.

• Familiarity with creative Generative AI platforms.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing design teams.

• Capacity to cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically and convert business goals into engaging visual solutions.

• Experience in developing and executing brand strategies.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and problem-solving capabilities.
