Specialist II, Experiential Learning Placements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee placements for locations with established onboarding protocols.

• Support learners in fulfilling compliance requirements and adhering to placement deadlines.

• Offer immediate assistance and direction to learners about site prerequisites and rotation arrangements.

• Track site communications and inform learners about placement confirmations and expectations.

• Work in conjunction with Specialist III to ensure coherence on learner requirements and site communications.

• Execute pre- and post-semester assignments and ongoing functional duties as directed.

• Keep precise records in CRM systems and other technological platforms to maintain data accuracy.

• Engage in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to bolster alignment within Academic Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree from an accredited institution or completion of a comparable certification is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or educational operations.

• Proven professional communication and correspondence abilities.

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
