This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee placements for locations with established onboarding protocols.
β’ Support learners in fulfilling compliance requirements and adhering to placement deadlines.
β’ Offer immediate assistance and direction to learners about site prerequisites and rotation arrangements.
β’ Track site communications and inform learners about placement confirmations and expectations.
β’ Work in conjunction with Specialist III to ensure coherence on learner requirements and site communications.
β’ Execute pre- and post-semester assignments and ongoing functional duties as directed.
β’ Keep precise records in CRM systems and other technological platforms to maintain data accuracy.
β’ Engage in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to bolster alignment within Academic Operations.
β’ An associate degree from an accredited institution or completion of a comparable certification is mandatory.
β’ At least one year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or educational operations.
β’ Proven professional communication and correspondence abilities.
β’ Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
β’ All new employees must participate in New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah, with travel, accommodations, and other expenses covered by the College.
