This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Accountable for crafting and implementing strategic frameworks across various sectors of Grupo Boticário, integrating perspectives from channels, brands, and distribution models.
• Spearhead projects and strategic analyses, delivering solutions based on comprehensive data analysis.
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams for long-term planning, exercising a significant degree of autonomy.
• Formulate long-term strategic analyses informed by market dynamics, competitive landscape, and trends, underpinning recommendations with economic and financial insights.
• Identify key structural pillars and bottlenecks, facilitating and clearing the way for the prioritization of long-term initiatives.
• Translate strategic building blocks into actionable tasks for day-to-day execution teams.
• Oversee short-term performance, pinpoint areas requiring attention to fulfill strategic objectives, and provide insights for long-term discussions and evaluations.
• Proven experience in the beauty sector and/or B2B retail channels (including pharmacy, perfumery, grocery/food, department stores, and digital platforms).
• Background in strategic planning roles and/or strategy consulting, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient in complex analyses, financial modeling, scenario planning, and monitoring business performance — encompassing financial mathematics.
• Acquainted with the Google ecosystem (Sheets and Slides) as well as AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM).
