This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Act as the point of contact among internal teams to assist and ensure that all incoming service requests are addressed appropriately.
β’ Evaluate and oversee client requests.
β’ Collaborate with relevant subject matter experts as necessary.
β’ Suggest recommended solutions tailored to client requirements.
β’ Supervise and categorize client requests.
β’ Resolve issues or delegate cases to the relevant Professional Services team and/or subject matter experts.
β’ Work closely with requestors to guarantee that submitted requests include accurate information.
β’ Organize various internal meetings, including client discovery sessions.
β’ Support the Professional Services/Sales Support teams in implementing changes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
β’ Familiarity with NextGen products and solutions.
β’ Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems such as Salesforce.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate skill level.
