Specialist, Content Fulfillment – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the efficient processing and delivery of AEGM content to various third-party platforms, including FVOD, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and Owned & Operated platforms.

• Execute comprehensive fulfillment of A+E content, which encompasses source processing, packaging, and the delivery of metadata, artwork, video, and captioning in accordance with partner specifications.

• Monitor work orders utilizing Comcast Video Platform (CVP), Medigenix, and Airtable.

• Collaborate with Scheduling, Content Operations, Acquisitions, Production Operations, and Metadata Operations to gather necessary elements.

• Perform technical quality control on package components prior to digital distribution.

• Assist technicians as the subject matter expert regarding processes and distribution endpoints.

• Aid the Manager of Content Fulfillment in prioritizing daily tasks and project-based deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with distribution partners and management within the organization.

• Cultivate positive relationships through reliable, timely delivery and efficient communication.

• Promote an inclusive work environment that aligns with AEGM's cultural values.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of video formats and codecs.

• Familiarity with Adobe products, video encoding technologies, XML metadata, and digital delivery protocols such as FTP, SFTP, Aspera, and Signiant is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and effective time management.

• A proactive work ethic with a strong focus on accuracy in a detailed workflow.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• An enthusiasm for new technology and a desire to work within the entertainment/media sector.

• Temporary project assignment through a third-party vendor, lasting no more than 18 months.
