This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research on pertinent discussions, inquiries, and user requirements on platforms like Reddit and Quora.
• Create high-quality posts, comments, and responses that genuinely benefit users.
• Oversee Think Academy’s subreddit, including content strategy, posting, user engagement, and moderation.
• Establish relationships and uphold a trustworthy presence within relevant communities.
• Monitor content performance and actively seek new growth opportunities.
• Identify and assess emerging online communities that align with Think Academy’s target demographics.
• Analyze the culture, user behavior, content standards, and participation rules of each community.
• Formulate customized engagement strategies for pertinent online communities.
• Minimum of one year of practical experience in managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and research capabilities.
• Strong aptitude for analyzing user intent and audience requirements.
• Knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddit regulations, moderation practices, and engagement strategies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and outcomes.
• Experience in managing or growing a branded subreddit is preferred.
• Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-centric content is preferred.
• Background in community analytics, organic growth, or SEO is preferred.
• Opportunity for extension after 6 months.
