This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for warranty-related inquiries, both via phone and in written communication.
• Verify the credibility of damage reports and conduct independent assessments of claims.
• Handle and oversee automated data imports within the warranty sector.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including appraisers.
• Monitor and ensure transparent cost management.
• Communicate effectively with dealerships, manufacturers, experts, and warranty claimants.
• Completed automotive technical education, such as a mechatronics technician or technician qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in a service-oriented role, such as a service advisor.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner with a strong focus on quality.
• Enjoy working with people and possess strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficient Polish language skills, supplemented by knowledge of German.
