• Conduct investigations, evaluations, and resolutions of intricate liability claims.

• At least 1 year of experience in handling general liability claims, preferably in construction defect.

• Knowledge of state-specific claims handling regulations and licensing criteria.

• Demonstrated capability to investigate, assess, and resolve complex liability claims.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
