Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiates phone inquiries for information from locate companies.

• Manages the CMR locate desk email inbox.

• Reviews received documentation for any errors or omissions.

• Creates, updates, and maintains damage information using Microsoft Excel.

• Inputs claim information through data entry into CMR's tailored software applications.

• Interacts with colleagues, management, locate companies, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over 2 years of experience in insurance adjusting is strongly preferred.

• Required experience in establishing property/casualty liability.

• Adjuster licensing is strongly preferred.

• Preferably, more than 2 years of clerical experience.
